01 Age & Access

This platform hosts adult content. You must be at least 18 years old — or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if that is higher — to access TurboWank. By continuing, you confirm you meet this requirement and that accessing adult content is lawful where you are.

Access to this platform is blocked in jurisdictions where age verification of visitors is required by law and where we are not able to comply with those requirements. If you are accessing from such a jurisdiction, you must leave immediately.

02 Your Account

You may register for an account using a username and password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Do not share your account with anyone.

Contact us at turbowank@protonmail.com immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. We may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for violating these terms.

03 Uploading Content

Registered users may upload video content. By uploading, you confirm and warrant that:

• You own the content or have full rights to distribute it
• Every person appearing in the content has given their free, informed, written consent to be filmed and to have the footage published on this platform
• Every person appearing in the content was at least 18 years old at the time of filming
• The content does not infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights
• The content does not violate these terms or any applicable law

You must retain evidence of the above — including consent records and age verification documentation for every person appearing in your content — for a minimum of seven years, and must provide it to us or to any competent authority on request.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload. We do not pay any fees or revenue share to uploaders.

The following content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account removal and potential referral to law enforcement:

• Non-consensual content of any kind
• Content depicting or promoting sexual violence, rape, or coercion
• Content involving animals
• Content facilitating or glorifying trafficking or sexual exploitation
• Content featuring anyone who appears to be under 18, regardless of claimed age
• Hateful, violent, or extremist content
• Content that is defamatory, fraudulent, or misleading
• Content that infringes any third party's intellectual property

04 Licence to Us

You keep ownership of content you upload. By uploading, you grant TurboWank a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, transcode, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating the platform.

You can delete your own content at any time via your account. Following deletion, the content will be removed from active serving. We may retain encrypted fingerprints or hashes of content for moderation and legal compliance purposes after deletion.

05 Prohibited Use of the Platform

In addition to the content rules above, you must not:

• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access or interact with the platform
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, security measures, or moderation systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure
• Use the platform to solicit or arrange commercial sexual services
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Post spam or unsolicited advertising in comments or descriptions
• Collect personal data about other users without their consent

06 Reporting & Moderation

You can report any content you believe violates these terms using the Report button on any video, or by emailing turbowank@protonmail.com. We aim to review all reports promptly.

We may remove content, restrict accounts, or ban users without prior notice where we determine a violation has occurred. We co-operate fully with law enforcement and will disclose information about users and content where required by law.

07 Comments & Interactions

Comments are submitted under a username and are publicly visible. The rules that apply to uploaded content apply equally to comments — hateful, abusive, illegal, or spammy comments will be removed and may result in your account being banned.

Likes and follows are tracked by hashed IP address. You accept this as part of using the platform.

08 Intellectual Property

TurboWank's name, branding, and software are our property. You may not copy or reproduce them without permission. If you believe content on the platform infringes your copyright, contact turbowank@protonmail.com with details of the work, its location on the platform, and your contact information. We will investigate and remove content in clear cases of infringement.

09 Privacy & Data

We store account information (username, hashed password, bio, avatar) and video metadata. IP addresses used for view counting and likes are stored in hashed form only. We process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.

We may share data with law enforcement where legally required to do so.

10 Disclaimers & Liability

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that content uploaded by users is accurate, legal, or appropriate. We do not endorse user-uploaded content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform or from content uploaded by other users. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or the minimum amount required by applicable law.

Any claim against us must be brought within one year of the event giving rise to it, to the extent permitted by law.

11 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify TurboWank against any claims, losses, or costs (including legal fees) arising from content you upload, your use of the platform, or your breach of these terms.

12 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breaching these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account and cease using the platform at any time. Sections covering content licence, liability, and indemnification survive termination.

13 Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14 General

• Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any rights you may have under local consumer law.
• Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the rest of these terms remain in effect.
• No waiver: Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
• Assignment: You may not transfer your rights under these terms. We may transfer ours without restriction.
